July 21st, 2024 A Taste At Twilight

The Restaurant Week festivities come to a close during A Taste of Twilight, an evening event that highlights farm-to-table dining with innovative dishes centered around this year’s featured ingredient, papaya. New York-based chef and restaurant owner Nadege Fleurimond will join the festivities as Featured Chef, working with a junior Kittitian chef to prepare the evening’s main course.
