Grown in abundance throughout the island, the special menus for this year’s Restaurant Week will feature unique takes on the native tropical fruit. Salsas, salads, and plenty of inventive desserts are sure to make an appearance—the best way to get the full experience is simply to try them all.

July 7th, 2024 Cook, Sip and Glamp

The manicured lawns of the Park Hyatt in Christophe Harbour turn into a chic glamping setting as groups are invited to try their hand at cooking a unique dinner—with the chance to savor the fresh meal alongside glasses of wine, live music, and the signature glow of a St. Kitts sunset.

July 14th, 2024 St. Kitts Tasting Showcase

The unique dishes and culinary experiences offered throughout Restaurant Week come together at the St. Kitts Tasting Showcase, which invites guests to experience the best of what local restaurateurs have to offer.

July 20th,2024 Grill Fest

Lobster, chicken wings, pork chops—you name it, someone’s grilling it. As the island’s grill masters get to work, guests are invited to stroll the grounds, enjoy live music and savor sizzling delicacies, served right off the BBQ.

July 21st, 2024 A Taste At Twilight

The Restaurant Week festivities come to a close during A Taste of Twilight, an evening event that highlights farm-to-table dining with innovative dishes centered around this year’s featured ingredient, papaya. New York-based chef and restaurant owner Nadege Fleurimond will join the festivities as Featured Chef, working with a junior Kittitian chef to prepare the evening’s main course.
